The posting

Als locatiemedewerker Oekraïne-opvang draag je bij aan het welzijn en de veiligheid van bewoners. Je houdt toezicht op de locatie en zorgt dat bewoners en bezoekers op een gastvrije en respectvolle manier worden geholpen.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je bent aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, bezoekers, omwonenden en hulpdiensten. • Je voert controlerondes uit op veiligheid, toegankelijkheid, brandveiligheid, hygiëne en welzijn. • Je handelt zelfstandig bij incidenten en schakelt waar nodig hulp in. • Je voert administratieve werkzaamheden uit en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht. • Je voert BHV-taken uit en lost kleine technische problemen op. • Je zorgt dat algemene ruimtes, keukens en kamers schoon en netjes blijven en helpt waar nodig mee.

Je werkt 32 uur per week in diensten van 8 uur. Deze zijn van 08.00 tot 16.00 uur of van 16.00 tot 00.00 uur. Je rooster wordt ongeveer 4 weken van tevoren bekendgemaakt.

Functie-eisen: Je bent zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en blijft rustig als er onverwacht iets gebeurt. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en pakt dit uit jezelf op. Daarbij ben je gastvrij, communicatief vaardig en kun je goed omgaan met verschillende mensen en doelgroepen. Ook heb je technisch inzicht en ben je flexibel beschikbaar, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend.

Verder vragen we:

• Mbo werk- en denkniveau. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. • Rijbewijs B. • Digitale vaardigheden, zoals werken met Word en Excel. • Bereidheid om op korte termijn een BHV-certificaat te behalen.

Heb je al een geldig BHV-certificaat of ervaring op een opvanglocatie of in een vergelijkbare werkomgeving? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
