Bij Pergamijn krijg je de mogelijkheid om als Locatieondersteuner ADL aan de slag te gaan én tegelijkertijd een erkend ADL certificaat te behalen. Zo zet je de eerste stap naar een waardevolle carrière waarin jouw inzet elke dag het verschil maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als locatieondersteuner ADL speel je een essentiële rol in het welzijn van onze cliënten en de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen onze zorglocaties. Jij draagt bij aan een schone, opgeruimde en gastvrije omgeving en ondersteunt cliënten en teams bij verschillende activiteiten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de zorg door te ondersteunen bij de ADL. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van huishoudelijke taken zoals het opruimen en schoonmaken van ruimtes.
  • Ondersteunen van cliënten bij ADL-momenten. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan uit bed helpen, wassen/verzorgen en aankleden.
  • Voorbereiden en serveren van maaltijden en ondersteunen van cliënten bij eetmomenten.
  • Ondersteunen bij welzijnsactiviteiten zoals een wandeling maken, een praatje maken of een muziekje opzetten.
  • Signaleren van voorraadtekorten en gebreken en deze melden aan de juiste persoon.
  • Creëren van een huiselijke en prettige sfeer voor cliënten en medewerkers.

Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat werken op één van de locaties van Pergamijn in Zuid- en Midden-Limburg. Je komt te werken met onze cliënten die vallen onder de doelgroep MVB/EVB, EMB of moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag.

Hoe ziet de opleiding eruit?

Je volgt een praktijkgericht en laagdrempelig opleidingstraject van 8 tot 10 weken, waarin je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid tot locatieondersteuner ADL. Elke week staat een nieuw onderdeel centraal. Je hebt elke week één lesdag, waarna je de opgedane kennis direct in de praktijk brengt tijdens je werkzaamheden op de locatie.

Gedurende het traject word je begeleid door ervaren collega's, die je ondersteunen en je vaardigheden beoordelen in de praktijk. Rond je alle onderdelen succesvol af? Dan ontvang je het ADL-certificaat en ben je klaar om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan in de gehandicaptenzorg.

Je heb affiniteit met (gehandicapten)zorg en dagbesteding. Je bent open, enthousiast en proactief. Je wacht niet tot het werk zich opstapelt, maar ziet het werk meteen liggen.
