Péti'do is een pizza-sharingconcept aan de Vlaamsekaai, waar vrienden, families en collega's samen aan tafel schuiven. Sinds de opening begin 2026 draait de zaak op volle toeren. Als locatieverantwoordelijke draag je vanaf dag één de verantwoordelijkheid voor de vestiging. In het begin werk je nauw samen met de eigenaars, die je alles aanleren en je gaandeweg meer en meer zelfstandig laten draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je leidt de dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een vlotte service in zaal, bar en keuken.

- Je stuurt een team van flexi's en studenten aan: briefen, coachen en feedback geven.

- Je maakt de werkroosters op basis van de verwachte drukte en houdt de personeelskost onder controle.

- Je werkt mee aan de aanwerving, onboarding en opleiding van nieuwe flexi's en studenten.

- Je volgt de belangrijkste cijfers op (omzet, personeelskost, foodcost, gemiddelde besteding) en stuurt bij waar nodig.

- Je staat op de vloer tijdens piekmomenten en handelt vragen en klachten van gasten zelf af.

- Je rapporteert wekelijks aan de eigenaars en brengt zelf ideeën aan om de zaak beter te laten draaien.

Wie ben jij?

- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de horeca. Bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie.

- Je bent een gastheer of gastvrouw in hart en nieren en mensen volgen je graag.

- Je bent georganiseerd en houdt het hoofd koel als het druk is.

- Je hebt feeling voor cijfers.

- Avonden en weekends werken is voor jou geen probleem.

- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.

Ervaring is een must, maar we zoeken geen superheld. Wel iemand die klaar is om mee te groeien met ons.

Wat bieden wij?

- Een voltijds contract van 38 uur per week

- Marktconforme verloning, volgens PC 302

- Resultaatsgebonden bonus

- Maaltijdcheques: na 6 maanden €6 per gewerkte dag / na 12 maanden €8 per gewerkte dag

- Maaltijd tijdens je shift

- Een concreet groeiverhaal, met een tweede vestiging in voorbereiding
