  • Heb je ervaring in de logistiek of transport?
  • Ben je administratief sterk en heb je oog voor detail?
  • Communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en heb je sterke basiskennis van Frans of Engels?

Als Logistiek Bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en administratief ondersteunen van het vervoer van onze producten. Jouw doel is om het vervoer op een effectieve en efficiënte manier, "just in time", te laten plaatsvinden.

Takenpakket:

  • Baliewerk: Afhandelen van uitgaande en inkomende transporten, inclusief vrachten ingeven in het systeem en chauffeurs wijzen op veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Transporten en Orders: Administratieve afhandeling van afhalingen, leveringen en interne transporten. Dit omvat onder andere het invoeren van bestellingen en stockcontrole.
  • Voorfacturatie: Zorgdragen voor een correcte facturatie van gereden vrachten en controle van facturen.
  • Diverse ondersteunende administratieve taken: Ondersteunen van andere afdelingen, waaronder Customer Service en Inkoopadministratie.

We zijn op zoek naar een Logistiek bediende die beschikt over de juiste kwaliteiten en vaardigheden om in deze functie te slagen.

  • Opleiding: Niveau Professionele bachelor of graduaat, richting Logistiek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Competenties: Klantgerichtheid: Afstemmen van acties op de verwachtingen van klanten. Respect: Rekening houden met de sociale en fysieke omgeving. Innovatie: Creëren van nieuwe en betere manieren om het bedrijf succesvol te maken. Samenwerken: Werken aan gemeenschappelijke doelen met collega's.
  • Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: Assertief, flexibel, initiatiefrijk, goed in planning en organisatie, en stressbestendig.
  • Kennis: Bekend met Business Central en MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans (stevige basis), en Engels (basis).
