Samen met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze vergaderingen en evenementen tot in de puntjes zijn voorbereid. Of het nu gaat om het inrichten van zalen, het plaatsen van techniek of het coördineren van de op- en afbouw bij grote congressen, jij zorgt dat alles klaarstaat én aansluit bij de wensen van de gast. Wat ga je doen?Geen dag is hetzelfde: van een zakelijke bijeenkomst tot een groot sportevenement: jij zorgt dat alles perfect is geregeld. Je weet precies wat er op de planning staat en speelt daar soepel op in. Jij bent die stille kracht achter de schermen die alles laat draaien. Je weet exact welke meetings en evenementen er gepland staan en zorgt dat alles naar wens verloopt:✓ Inrichten van (congres)zalen en evenementenruimtes. ✓ Plaatsen en aansluiten van audiovisuele middelen. ✓ Verrichten van kleine reparaties aan inventaris. ✓ Signaleren en melden van mankementen en storingen. ✓ Ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van events. ✓ Aanspreekpunt bij de op- en afbouw, o.a. als beursbegeleider.Dit krijg je van ons • Een afwisselende baan in een unieke, sportieve omgeving. • De mogelijkheid om veel te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen • Een enthousiast en betrokken team om mee samen te werken • Flexibele werktijden: je geeft je beschikbaarheid per week door • Het uurloon bedraagt max. 15,24 per uur (afhankelijk van leeftijd) • Tegemoetkoming in je reiskosten • De mogelijkheid om te sporten bij het Vitaliteitscentrum op Papendal
