Je gaat actief de markt op, bezoekt (potentiële) klanten, stelt offertes op en volgt spot-aanvragen zorgvuldig op. Daarbij combineer je commercieel inzicht met een gestructureerde manier van werken. Je ziet kansen, legt makkelijk contact op locatie en zorgt dat bestaande relaties verder worden uitgebouwd. Ook leg je alle commerciële acties nauwkeurig vast in het CRM-systeem, zodat het team altijd goed geïnformeerd blijft. Als Outside Sales Medewerker ben je het commerciële gezicht naar buiten toe voor veel klanten en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin zee-, lucht-, weg- en railtransport samenkomen. Je bent veel op pad om klanten te bezoeken, nieuwe relaties op te bouwen en kansen te signaleren, en werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's van Operations, Customer Service en internationale kantoren om aanvragen snel en zorgvuldig op te pakken. Je volgt leads op, onderhoudt relaties in het veld en zet commerciële kansen om in concrete business. Daarbij houd je het overzicht, werk je nauwkeurig en leg je alles goed vast in het CRM-systeem. Geen dag is hetzelfde, omdat je steeds schakelt tussen klantbezoeken, offertes en commerciële opvolging. - Actief bezoeken van (potentiële) klanten in de regio. - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor spot-aanvragen. - Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten via koude acquisitie, zowel op locatie als telefonisch. - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties door middel van persoonlijke bezoeken. - Vastleggen van commerciële activiteiten en bezoekverslagen in het CRM-systeem. - Intensief samenwerken met Operations, Customer Service en internationale kantoren. - Signalere...
