You ensure information reaches the right place, keep customers informed, and coordinate with colleagues and partners to ensure logistics processes run as smoothly as possible. Logistics Account Coordinator Fulfilment As a Logistics Account Coordinator Fulfilment, you are the link between the customer and operations. You monitor agreements, coordinate activities with the warehouse, and ensure customers always know what to expect. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the point of contact for customers and ensure that questions are resolved quickly and effectively. You coordinate daily with colleagues and keep customers informed about their logistics processes. Logistics Administrative Assistant As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you ensure that data, documents, and agreements are correct. With your accuracy and oversight, you support operations and help logistics processes run smoothly. The connecting link In many roles within Planning and Customer Service, you are the one who brings different worlds together. You communicate with customers while simultaneously coordinating with drivers, warehouse colleagues, forwarders, or external logistics partners.
