Je schakelt dagelijks met vervoerders, relaties en collega's om grondstoffen op tijd van producent naar klant te krijgen. Daarbij houd je het overzicht over planningen, documentatie en onverwachte wijzigingen, zodat het proces soepel blijft lopen. In deze rol bouw je mee aan een jonge en snelgroeiende organisatie binnen de Europese zuivelsector. Als Logistics Coordinator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de logistieke organisatie. Samen met je collega's werk je aan het verder opbouwen en professionaliseren van het proces van verlading tot aflevering bij klanten in heel Europa. Je onderhoudt contact met vervoerders, maakt planningen en bewaakt dat leveringen op tijd en zorgvuldig verlopen. Wanneer er onverwachte situaties ontstaan, schakel je snel en denk je in praktische oplossingen. Ook het opmaken van logistieke orders en het beheren van logistieke en technische documentatie hoort bij jouw werk. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van processen binnen de organisatie. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor relaties en bewaakt samen met hen de tijdige verlading en levering van grondstoffen. - Je organiseert het transport van goederen, inclusief de wekelijkse planning en extra vrachten. - Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterk netwerk van vervoerders binnen de EU, waarbij relatiebeheer ook onderdeel is van je rol. - Je coördineert het logistieke proces en lost knelpunten snel en adequaat op. - Je stelt logistieke orders op en beheert logistieke en technische documentatie. - Samen met je collega's werk je continu aan het optimaliseren van interne processen.
