Voor ons Business Unit Liquid zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het transport. Als Customer Service Medewerker vertaal jij de gemaakte commerciële en operationele afspraken met de klant in instructies voor collega's en partners en coördineert het transport van orderaanname tot aan facturatie. Wat ga je doen? - Op de afdeling ben jij de contactpersoon voor een aantal (internationale) klanten ; - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele uitvoering en bijbehorende administratie ; - Dit betekent dagelijks contact met klanten en interne afdelingen, rederijen, railmaatschappijen, cleaning stations en vele andere ketenpartners; - Samen met collega's bied je de klant creatieve transportoplossingen om bestaande business uit te breiden en/of te optimaliseren; - Kortom een spin in het web die alle partijen aanstuurt en controleert om het transport naar tevredenheid van de klant uit te voeren.
