Jij bouwt aan de organisatie waarin de mensen achter die prestaties kunnen groeien, samenwerken en elke dag het verschil maken. Als HR Business Partner voor Liquid Food ben je meer dan een uitvoerder: je bouwt mee. Als lid van het MT geef je mede richting aan de groei van Liquid Food en vertaal je ambities naar sterke teams, heldere keuzes en leiderschap dat beweging creëert. Met de People & Culture Roadmap 2026-2030 als kompas breng jij die ambitie tot leven in Barneveld: de juiste skills op de juiste plek, op het juiste moment. Solo, maar niet alleen Als enige People & Culture Partner voor de BU Liquid Food krijg je alle ruimte om je aanpak te bepalen en de lijnen uit te zetten, met de bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheid: het MT en de organisatie rekenen op jouw advies, initiatief en impact. Tegelijk maak je deel uit van een hecht, internationaal People & Culture-team van dertig collega's (vijftien in Nederland). Je rapporteert aan de Regional People & Culture Manager en werkt voor groepsthema's nauw samen met collega's in binnen- en buitenland. Vanuit Rotterdam ondersteunen collega's je op administratie, payroll, verzuim en recruitment, zodat jij je kunt richten op waar je de meeste waarde toevoegt: als stevige businesspartner voor leiders en teams. Zo'n 90% van je aandacht ligt bij de Nederlandse Business Unit; daarnaast ben je klankbord voor de Liquid Food-locaties in Polen, Engeland, Hongarije en Bulgarije.
