Voor een sterk groeiend, familiaal bedrijf in de regio rond Poperinge zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Logistics Lead. Ben jij een organisatorisch talent dat graag het overzicht bewaart, mensgericht leidinggeeft én het goede voorbeeld geeft op de werkvloer? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap. As Logistics Lead ben je de spilfiguur in onze logistieke keten. Je combineert de dagelijkse aansturing van je team met het optimaliseren van de interne goederenstroom.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Team & Operatie: Je stelt de dagelijkse planningen op, stuurt het magazijnteam aan en borgt een efficiënte, veilige werkomgeving. Je stemt nauw af met de productie om knelpunten te voorkomen.
  • Flow & Bevoorrading: Je garandeert een naadloze bevoorrading van de productielijnen en behoudt het overzicht in het verpakkingsmagazijn.
  • Voorraad- & Bestelbeheer: Je plaatst en volgt bestellingen op, beheert de voorraad en grijpt proactief in bij afwijkingen.
  • Hands-on Leiderschap: Je leidt vanaf de werkvloer. Zelf spring je waar nodig bij op de heftruck en zie je toe op een correct gebruik van het rollend materiaal.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke leidinggevende rol binnen logistiek, productie of verpakking. Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest.
  • Talen & IT: Vloeiend in het Nederlands met een zeer goede basis Frans. Je werkt vlot met MS Office en logistieke IT-systemen.
  • Competenties: Organisatorisch ijzersterk, stressbestendig en een kei in het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Werkattitude: Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan bij jou voorop. Je zoekt een functie in vaste dagploeg.
