Jij houdt de logistieke flow in beweging

Als Logistics Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, vertegenwoordigers, transportpartners en interne collega’s. Je volgt bestellingen administratief van begin tot einde op en bewaakt tegelijk leveringen, retours en voorraad.

Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met veel communicatie. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en grijpt in wanneer een dossier dreigt vast te lopen.

  • Je volgt bestellingen van A tot Z administratief op, van ontvangst tot levering.
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten, transportpartners en vertegenwoordigers en houdt hen correct op de hoogte.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende leveringen en retours en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt het voorraadbeheer van verschillende magazijnen en signaleert afwijkingen tijdig.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en prioriteiten wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over slimmere logistieke en administratieve processen en helpt verbeteringen mee realiseren.

Je krijgt de vrijheid om vooruit te denken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en de werking mee sterker te maken.

Communicatief, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht

Je voelt je goed in een functie waarin administratie, logistiek en contact met mensen samenkomen. Je neemt initiatief, houdt het hoofd koel wanneer het druk wordt en haalt voldoening uit een correcte opvolging van je dossiers.

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, administratie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen logistiek of administratie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem en werkt vlot met digitale administratieve processen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, plant sterk en weet prioriteiten te bepalen.
  • Je communiceert open en professioneel met klanten, collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af wanneer actie nodig is.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar haalt ook energie uit samenwerking en dagelijks contact met mensen.
