Als administratief logistiek talent zorg jij ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor transportplanning en staat garant voor een vlekkeloze administratieve opvolging.

Concreet:

  • Je boekt en organiseert transporten van A tot Z en stemt alles zorgvuldig af met de logistiek coördinator en collega's.
  • Je past de planning aan waar nodig en houdt daarbij rekening met de interne procedures én de geldende wetgeving.
  • Je hebt nauw contact met chauffeurs en transporteurs en controleert hun urenstaten en ritgegevens.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken afdelingen tijdig beschikken over de juiste transportinformatie en je volgt de bijhorende administratie nauwgezet op.
  • Je controleert de facturen van onderaannemers en monitort belangrijke transportdata.
  • Je volgt de stock op, voorkomt tekorten en ondersteunt het fleetbeheer samen met de fleetmanager.

Ben jij de geschikte kandidaat voor de vacature van Logistics Officer?

  • Idealiter beschik je over een eerste relevante ervaring en behaalde je een bachelor diploma.
  • Je hebt een analytische geest die gemakkelijk het totaalplaatje in gedachten houdt.
  • Je werkt doelgericht en haalt voldoening uit het nauw samenwerken met verschillende mensen en diensten.
  • Heldere communicatie is key hier, en dit zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels.
  • Verder ben je als persoon best wel gedreven en leergierig.
  • Je krijgt graag wat verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zowel graag autonoom als in groep.
  • Ben je verder ook vlot weg met Excel? Proactief ingesteld? En beschik je over een hands-on attitude? Dan is deze job voor jou!
