The posting

Voor onze klant, gelegen te Antwerpen, zijn wij nog op zoek naar een gemotiveerde bachelor /master met uitgesproken interesse in logistiek en het havengebeuren.

Na een geslaagde inwerkperiode ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van complexe transportdossiers van A tot Z, je behandelt dossiers omtrent projectladingen (geen standaardladingen zoals containers etc).

- Je maakt offertes op en onderhandelt mee in prijzen, je volgt deze op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling - administratief en commercieel - van het dossier.

- Je verzorgt op een servicegerichte manier de contacten met rederijen, klanten en agenten.

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de administratieve als operationele kant van een klantendossier.

- Ook de afhandeling van douaneformaliteiten behoort tot jouw takenpakket.

- Naast interne contacten heb jij ook tal van externe contacten en die kunnen vaak zeer internationaal zijn.

Bij voorkeur behaalde je een master of bachelor diploma in een economische of logistieke richting.

Je hebt commerciële drive, uitgesproken interesse in logistiek en transport en alles rond het havengebeuren.

Je weet van aanpakken, bent zelfstandig in je werk en nauwkeurig op gebied van administratie.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en uiteraard ook het Nederlands.

Een eerste ervaring in expeditie is een pluspunt, zeker geen must.
