The posting

Voor een groeiende logistieke onderneming in regio Willebroek zoeken we een Logistics Officer die graag administratie combineert met klantencontact en de dagelijkse logistieke operatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt ervoor dat goederenstromen ook administratief perfect verlopen:

  • Registreren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen
  • Verwerken van laad-, los- en transportdocumenten
  • Opvolgen van stocks en opmaken van rapportages
  • Verzorgen van de administratie rond vrachtwagens, containers en schepen
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, transporteurs en andere logistieke partners
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking en snel schakelen bij wijzigingen

Je hebt al minimaal 3 jaar stabiele ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of warehousing. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en communiceert vlot.

Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans.

We zoeken vooral iemand die zich goed voelt in een hands-on omgeving waar niet alles in vaste procedures gegoten is. Je wacht niet af, maar pakt zaken zelf vast en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.

Je kunt goed functioneren met weinig structuur, stelt zelf prioriteiten en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning plots verandert. Je bent flexibel, nuchter en vindt het leuk om mee te denken en dingen geregeld te krijgen.
