A Day in the Life As the Logistics Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the Rail, Road & Intermodal and Marine logistics areas, ensuring the seamless integration of supply chain activities and the optimization of logistics operations across the entire LYB I&D organization in Europe. You act as both an operational and technical advisor to the LYB organization while serving as the operational owner for various logistics processes and vendor relationships. You take initiative independently and work cross-functionally to drive value creation, resolve operational issues, and develop effective logistics strategies. Additionally, you plan, schedule, and coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing guidance to operational staff whenever needed.
