For our client, a leading international company active in the consumer electronics industry, we are looking for an experienced Logistics Outbound Specialist. In this temporary position, you will play a key role in coordinating outbound logistics activities across Europe and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and has experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle. Wie zoeken we? We are looking for a candidate who has: A Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain position. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle. Experience working in an international business environment. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Wat bieden wij je? What we offer: A salary between €3,300 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience. Day shifts from Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00, and Friday: 08:30 - 16:00. Temporary assignment of approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The opportunity to work in an international and fast-paced environment. Functieomschrijving As a Logistics Outbound Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring outbound logistics processes from order fulfillment to customer delivery. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating outbound shipments and delivery schedules. Verifying order lines and ensuring shipment accuracy. Collaborating with Sales teams across Europe to plan customer deliveries. Working closely with warehouses and transportation partners to ensure timely dispatch of shipments. Monitoring
shipment progress and proactively communicating updates to internal stakeholders and customers. Supporting Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities. Processing logistics transactions in the ERP system, including receiving, shipping, inventory movements, and material transfers. Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and operational excellence. Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes.
