Logistics Support

Als Logistics Support ben je in de eerste plaats de rechterhand van de logistieke organisatie. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse logistieke werking door processen op te volgen, analyses uit te voeren en verbeterkansen te identificeren. Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van logistieke KPI's, voert controles uit en ondersteunt voorraadbeheer, kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele efficiëntie.

Daarnaast neem je initiatief om logistieke processen verder te optimaliseren en werk je mee aan verbeterprojecten die bijdragen aan een vlottere en efficiëntere werking van het magazijn en de interne logistiek. Dankzij jouw hands-on aanpak, analytisch inzicht en sterke samenwerking met de operationele teams help je de logistieke organisatie elke dag een stap vooruit.

Jouw functie

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse logistieke werking en volgt inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen op.
  • Je bewaakt logistieke KPI’s en voert periodieke controles uit op voorraad, kwaliteit, veiligheid en operationele prestaties.
  • Je analyseert data, detecteert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan efficiëntere logistieke processen.
  • Je ondersteunt en coördineert logistieke verbeterprojecten van analyse tot implementatie.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de logistieke afdeling en vertaalt verbeterinitiatieven naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers bij nieuwe processen, systemen en werkwijzen.
  • Je identificeert knelpunten en risico’s en komt proactief met oplossingen die bijdragen aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte logistieke organisatie.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt bij afwezigheid van de Teamleader Internal Logistics.

Jouw profiel

Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt met een ondersteunende mentaliteit. Je zoekt een functie waarin je impact kunt maken zonder zelf een leidinggevende rol op te nemen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of operations.
  • Affiniteit met een productieomgeving.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen, ervaring met SAP is een plus.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders samen te brengen.
  • Een proactieve en hands-on ingesteldheid.
