Voor een internationale en dynamische organisatie in de regio Aalst is Robert Half op zoek naar een Logistics Support Associate (m/v/x).

In deze ondersteunende functie maak je deel uit van een professioneel logistiek team en draag je bij aan een vlotte samenwerking met externe logistieke partners. Ben je nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en heb je interesse in supply chain en logistieke processen? Dan is deze opportuniteit zeker het ontdekken waard.

Jouw rol & takenpakket

Als Logistics Support Associate ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van het logistieke team en zorg je ervoor dat operationele processen correct worden opgevolgd.

  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan het logistieke team;
  • Je volgt operationele taken op, waaronder het aanmaken van orders, het monitoren van transporten en leveringen en het afstemmen van voorraadgegevens;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met interne afdelingen en externe logistieke partners;
  • Je stelt rapporteringen op en volgt operationele KPI's en prestaties op;
  • Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in verschillende systemen;
  • Je ondersteunt projecten rond procesverbetering en documentatie;
  • Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle logistieke dienstverlening.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve, logistieke of supply chain omgeving, of je bent een gemotiveerde schoolverlater met een sterke interesse in logistiek;
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt overzicht wanneer meerdere prioriteiten samenkomen;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en werkt vlot met databestanden;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP of AS400 is een pluspunt;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een plus, maar geen vereiste;
  • Je beschikt over een analytische ingesteldheid en leert graag bij.
