What you'll be doing As a logistics team lead, you are the driving force behind the logistics operations at a leading company in the flowers and plants industry. You will manage an enthusiastic team daily, ensuring that fresh flowers and plants are processed, packed, and shipped on time and in perfect condition. Your role is crucial for the smooth running of all logistics processes, and you will constantly switch between leading, motivating, and hands-on support. A typical day starts with assigning tasks and planning the workflow. You supervise the intake, handling, and shipping of products, quickly identify bottlenecks, and solve them efficiently. You onboard new colleagues, promote collaboration, and contribute to a safe, enjoyable work environment. You are present on the shop floor and ready to assist wherever needed, ensuring your team performs at its best and targets are met.
