This company (re)packages and stores frozen and chilled food products for numerous European businesses. They do this in a customized way for each client. By 2027, the company aims to have more than 300 employees working together on 25,000 unique packaging assignments.

You are a key point of contact on the work floor and maintain an overview of the day-to-day logistics operations. At the same time, you take an active, hands-on role in the work yourself.
- You operate a forklift, reach truck and pallet truck and assist wherever needed.
- You maintain an overview of the logistics operations and organise the work to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You guide and supervise colleagues in a clear and positive manner.
- You monitor safety, quality and the correct execution of all activities.
- You accurately scan labels and storage locations and ensure that all movements of goods are correctly registered.
- When deviations or unexpected situations occur, you respond quickly and take a practical approach to finding solutions.
- As a key point of contact on the work floor, you contribute to effective teamwork and cooperation.
- You help ensure that logistics operations are carried out efficiently and in an organised manner.

- You have experience in a logistics or warehouse environment and are familiar with day-to-day warehouse operations.
- You have experience supervising, guiding or coordinating employees.
- Working hands-on alongside the team is an important part of this position and is something you are comfortable with.
- You have practical experience operating a forklift and/or reach truck and hold the required certificates.
- Experience with a pallet truck is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- You are able to maintain an overview, set priorities and adapt quickly when schedules or circumstances change.
- You communicate clearly with colleagues and are able to guide employees in a positive manner.
- You actively monitor safety and quality on the work floor.
- You communicate well in Dutch and English and have a basic knowledge of French. This is important because you will be supervising logistics employees who speak Dutch, English or French.
