Voor onze klant, regio Brugge, gaan wij op zoek naar een Logistics Teamleader Automotive. Het bedrijf is een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in nichetoepassingen binnen de automotive- en heavy machinery-markt. Deze beursgenoteerde onderneming telt op de site in de regio Brugge meer dan 500 medewerkers. Dagelijks zetten zij zich in om klantgerichte oplossingen te realiseren. Met een jaaromzet van meer dan 100 miljoen euro, die gestaag blijft toenemen, geniet het bedrijf een sterke reputatie op vlak van marktpositie en professionele werking. Ter versterking van hun organisatie zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een ervaren Teamleader.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je geeft leiding aan en begeleidt ploegchefs, die elk verantwoordelijk zijn voor hun team van logistieke medewerkers
  • Indirect stuur je zo’n 30 logistieke medewerkers aan, verdeeld over een tweeploegenstelsel
  • Je houdt toezicht op hun dagelijkse activiteiten op de site, waaronder het laden, verplaatsen en behandelen van producten
  • Je stelt dagelijks de personeelsplanning op, waarbij je rekening houdt met de variërende klantbehoeften
  • Verzamelen van operationele gegevens en deze bespreken tijdens de dagelijkse on-site meetings met de klant
  • Je formuleert verbeteringsacties en implementeert oplossingen bij schadegevallen of optimalisatievraagstukken
  • Ten slotte fungeer je als schakel tussen de werkvloer en het management
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelors/Masterdiploma in een technische, logistieke of economische richting (bv Autotechnieken, Elektromechanica, Logistiek Management,…)
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol is een must om deze functie goed te kunnen uitoefenen
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • Ploegwerk (6u00 – 14u06 & 14u00 – 22u06) vormt voor jou geen probleem
