  • Je analyzeert data en stelt rapportages op die de verschillende afdelingen ondersteunen
  • Je beheer van data in systemen en voert controles uit om de efficiëntie van bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren
  • Je maakt kritische analyses en vertaalt resultaten in duidelijke rapporten en syntheses
  • Je zorgt voor administratieve en projectmatige opvolging, waardoor projecten soepel verlopen
  • Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden in diverse taken, van planning tot uitvoering
  • Je creëert een kritische blik op bestaande processen en doet ideeën aan voor verbetering
  • Je beheert en volgt de agendaplanning van een directielid, organiseert vergaderingen en notuleert verslagen

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt een grote interesse in de logistieke sector en bent enthousiast om te leren
  • Je bent flexibel, communicatief sterk en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, altijd klaar voor de uitdaging
  • Je beschikt over een analytisch en oplossingsgericht vermogen dat je inzet om problemen te doorgronden en op te lossen
  • Je hebt een hoge motivatie en bent leergierig om voortdurend te groeien
  • Je hebt een hoger diploma met een logistieke afstudeerrichting
  • Je kent het Office pakket (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) uitstekend en toont professioneel gebruik
  • Je beschikt over een Rijbewijs B om flexibel te kunnen reizen
