Voor een voedingsbedrijf in Herentals zijn we op zoek naar een Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator.

Als Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator ben je een cruciale schakel in ons logistieke proces. Je werkt in een team van 3 en bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de goederenstroom, van binnenkomst tot verzending.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Goederenstroombeheer: beheren van de inkomende en uitgaande goederen en zorgen voor een efficiënte opslag volgens vastgelegde regels.
  • Analyses maken in Excel: gebruik van draaitabellen, complexe formules en macro's (pré) om data te analyseren en rapporten te interpreteren.
  • Rapportage: runnen van rapporten in Excel, automatiseren van processen en analyseren van logistieke problemen.
  • Retouranalyse: onderzoeken van retouren, identificeren van oorzaken en implementeren van verbeteringen om retouren te verminderen in samenspraak met customer service.
  • Blokkeringen:/deblokkeringen: beheren en opvolgen van blokkeringen/deblokkeringen nav kwaliteitsissues.
  • Interactie met onze customer service: allerhande issues met orders oplossen. Klantenklachten behandelen.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Zorgen voor accurate stock dmv regelmatige stocktellingen. Uitvoeren van correcties en opvolgen van obsolete stocks. Capaciteit van het warehouse monitoren en adhv mutaties bijsturen indien nodig.
  • Deelname aan allerhande projecten: automatisatie- en optimalisatieprojecten, SAP-projecten en Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatieven.
  • Procedures mbt werking van het magazijn opvolgen en uitvoeren.
  • Monitoren van KPI's en performantie. Opzetten van corrigerende maatregelen bij afwijkingen van KPI's.

Het bedrijf zoekt iemand met dit profiel:

  • Een afgeronde bachelor of master opleiding
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel, inclusief draaitabellen, complexe formules en eventueel macro's.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (30% van de communicatie).
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent accuraat, proactief en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
