Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een hands-on mentaliteit die op zijn best is in een dynamische supply chain-omgeving? Hou je van de afwisseling tussen nauwkeurig papierwerk, het aansturen van chauffeurs én proactief meedenken over logistieke verbeteringen? Voor een financieel gezond en sterk groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Logistiek Administratief Bediende.

Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende sta je in voor de strakke administratie en de operationele aansturing op de logistieke afdeling:

  • Transportdocumenten: Je staat in voor de correcte en nauwkeurige opmaak van leverbonnen, vrachtbrieven en CMR’s.
  • Chauffeursonthaal & Aanwijzingen: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de vrachtwagenchauffeurs, brengt hen op de hoogte van de ritten en opdrachten, en geeft duidelijke instructies mee.
  • Samenwerking & Back-up: Je werkt nauw samen met je twee directe collega's, ondersteunt hen waar nodig en fungeert als hun vaste back-up.
  • Proactieve Verbetering: Je denkt proactief mee over het optimaliseren van werkmethodes en administratieve processen binnen de supply chain.

Profiel

Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende:

  • Competenties: Je bent administratief sterk, werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en bent flexibel ingesteld.
  • Attitude: Je hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit, bent communicatief vaardig en voelt je goed in een no-nonsense familiebedrijf.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring binnen de transport- of logistieke sector is een pluspunt, maar gedrevenheid, de juiste instelling en leergierigheid wegen minstens even zwaar!
