Als Logistiek Administratief bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele leidinggevenden en magazijnmedewerkers om ervoor te zorgen dat alle volumes correct en tijdig worden ontvangen en verzonden volgens de vastgestelde procedures. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de balie voor het ontvangen van goederen en behandelt vragen van operationele collega's en externe chauffeurs. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Teamleader Administratie.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van toewijzingen van poorten en afspraken met chauffeurs in het slagboomsysteem.
  • Ontvangen van goederen aan de balie als eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Bijdragen aan correcte gegevens in het warehouse management systeem door het aanmaken van orders, wijzigen van artikelnummers, en controleren van informatie.
  • Opvolgen van retourzendingen door het opmaken van documenten, beschikbaar stellen van goederen, inventariseren en oplossen van problemen binnen je bevoegdheid.
  • Klantgericht behandelen van vragen van klanten/leveranciers, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
  • Administratieve verwerking van diverse documenten volgens bedrijfsprocedures.
  • Controleren van volledigheid en correctheid van diverse documenten zoals pakbonnen en CMR's, en vergelijken met het warehouse management systeem en andere documenten.
  • Bijwerken van verschillende opvolglijsten.
  • Afdrukken van laadlijsten.
  • Aftekenen van diverse transportdocumenten zoals CMR's.
  • Inscannen en archiveren van diverse documenten.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je vindt het leuk om in een logistieke omgeving te werken.
  • Je bent bereid om in wisselende ploegen te werken (vroege en late shifts per week).
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist, basisvaardigheden in Engels en/of Frans zijn een pluspunt.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met magazijnprocessen of werkervaring in de logistieke sector.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hecht belang aan correcte administratie.
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met stress en hebt sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Kwaliteit leveren en klantgericht werken zijn voor jou belangrijk.
  • Je bent een teamspeler en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
