Voor onze klant in de regio Genk gaan we via deze vacature op zoek naar een Logistiek Administratief Bediende die bereid is in een systeem van 2-ploegen op gebied van planning en administratie een belangrijke bijdrage aan dit team te bieden.

Concreet sta je in voor het volgende:

  • Je staat mee in voor de organisatie en coördinatie van de dagelijkse transportplanning
  • Je waakt over de kostenefficiëntie, correct en kwaliteitsvolle transporten
  • In geval van problemen kunnen chauffeurs beroep doen op jou en geef je ondersteuning
  • Naast planning, zorg je voor een correcte administratie van de transportopdrachten
  • Je voorziet de nodige CMR-documenten voor de chauffeurs.
  • Je doet aan warehouse management en volgt inkomende en uitgaande stockage op.
  • Je biedt een optimale service zowel aan onze klanten als aan externe chauffeurs
  • Je werkt procesmatig en denkt constant mee na over mogelijke verbeteringen

Kun jij ons overtuigen van jouw kwaliteiten voor deze functie als Logistiek Administratief Bediende? Hieronder vind je de zaken die we idealiter bij jou zien terugkomen:

  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in (logistieke) administratie
  • Een bachelor diploma is een pluspunt, maar we zoeken vooral iemand met enthousiasme en gedrevenheid die kan meedenken met de interne processen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Duits
  • Je bent flexibel naar uurrooster toe; wisselend in shifts van 6-14u15 en 11u45-20u (op vrijdag tot 18u)
  • Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn eigenschappen die jou typeren.
  • Punctualiteit en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden behoren tot jouw sterktes.
