Robert Half is op zoek naar een Logistiek Administratief Bediende voor een logistiek team in Moeskroen.

Voor een groeiende organisatie met een logistiek team in Moeskroen zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en stressbestendige Logistiek Administratief Bediende. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waarin je nauw samenwerkt met zowel collega's op kantoor als met de medewerkers op de werkvloer. 🤝

Functie

In deze functie krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen het verzendproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct gelabeld en administratief verwerkt worden en bent daarnaast het aanspreekpunt bij eventuele problemen met leveringen. Een afwisselende functie waarin nauwkeurigheid, ownership en een goede samenwerking centraal staan.

Takenpakket

Als Logistiek Administratief Bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van de uitgaande goederen:

  • Je maakt de nodige etiketten aan voor goederen en dozen die het magazijn verlaten.
  • Je verwerkt de bestellingen die klaarstaan en maakt de transportlabels aan in de systemen van de transporteurs.
  • Je maakt douanedocumenten op. Hiervoor is geen specifieke douanekennis vereist; het gaat om terugkerende documenten, waarbij je wel aandacht hebt voor details zoals aantallen, colli's en gewichten.
  • Je controleert aan het einde van de dag of alle zendingen effectief vertrokken zijn en of de verzendlijst volledig is afgewerkt en ingevuld.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen klanten en transporteurs wanneer er zich problemen met leveringen voordoen.
  • Je bepaalt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat dringende zaken tijdig worden opgevolgd.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's op de werkvloer en hebt regelmatig contact met een 40-tal medewerkers binnen het magazijn.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Diploma: Je beschikt over een bachelor of secundair diploma.
  • Ervaring: Een eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Motivatie, maturiteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Talenkennis: Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Nederlands is mooi meegenomen voor occasioneel contact met de backoffice.
  • IT-vaardigheden: Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van MS Office, voornamelijk Excel en Word.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om gestructureerd te werken. Tegelijk neem je ownership over je taken en zorg je ervoor dat zaken correct worden afgewerkt.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met tijdsdruk en laat je niet snel uit het lood slaan.
  • Je hebt voldoende assertiviteit om indien nodig zaken op de werkvloer aan te sturen en afspraken te bewaken. 💪
