Hou jij van een logistieke omgeving waar veel beweging is en ben je iemand die ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht bewaart? In deze functie combineer je logistieke administratie met dagelijks contact met chauffeurs en zorg je ervoor dat alles aan het onthaal van de logistieke dienst vlot verloopt.

Konnekt zoekt een Logistiek Administratief Bediende (Logistics Administrator) voor een gevestigde familiale onderneming in regio Kortrijk. Je komt terecht in een hands-on omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar samenwerking en persoonlijk contact belangrijk zijn. Binnen de logistieke dienst word jij een centraal aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en ondersteun je de dagelijkse administratieve werking.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en zorgt voor een professioneel en vlot onthaal binnen de logistieke dienst.
  • Je maakt de nodige transport- en douanedocumenten in orde, controleert de gegevens en verwijst chauffeurs door naar de juiste laadplaats of contactpersoon.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van chauffeurs, behandelt telefonische oproepen en schakelt met de juiste interne collega's wanneer nodig.
  • Je staat in voor diverse logistieke en administratieve taken en ondersteunt zo de transportplanner en logistieke verantwoordelijke.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met verschillende externe chauffeurs en transportpartners en zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct wordt doorgegeven.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht wanneer het druk wordt en weet verschillende chauffeurs, vragen en administratieve taken tegelijkertijd efficiënt op te volgen.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen administratie, logistiek, transport en/of customer service.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, stressbestendig en organisatorisch ingesteld en kunt snel nieuwe zaken opnemen.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht, maar staat ook stevig in je schoenen en durft chauffeurs duidelijk verder te helpen en aan te spreken.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en beschikt over een goede praktische kennis van het Frans. Daarnaast kun je jezelf behelpen in het Engels.
  • Ervaring met transport- of douanedocumenten is een pluspunt.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een levendige logistieke omgeving waar prioriteiten snel kunnen veranderen.
