Als logistiek administratief medewerker vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, transporteurs, douane en interne collega's. Van de voorbereiding van een transport tot de administratieve afhandeling: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat elk dossier correct wordt opgevolgd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • De dagelijkse transporten van industriële machines organiseren en opvolgen, waaronder huiftransport, containertrafieken, uitzonderlijk en multimodaal vervoer.
  • Transportdossiers van A tot Z administratief voorbereiden en afhandelen.
  • Laadlijsten, CMR's en douanedocumenten opmaken en controleren.
  • Transportactiviteiten analyseren en rapporteren aan de hand van statistieken en relevante gegevens.
  • De facturatie van transportdossiers verzorgen.
  • Klanten en partners correct informeren en opvolgen waar nodig.
  • Voor een vlotte samenwerking zorgen tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Een bachelor Logistiek Management vormt een goede basis, aangevuld met een eerste relevante werkervaring. Gelijkwaardige ervaring is uiteraard ook welkom.
  • Ervaring met transportorganisatie is belangrijk; kennis van uitzonderlijk vervoer is een sterke troef.
  • Een basiskennis van douaneformaliteiten is mooi meegenomen.
  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je zeer goed, zodat communicatie met verschillende internationale partners vlot verloopt. Frans is mooi meegenomen!
  • Organiseren, prioriteiten stellen en deadlines bewaken behoren tot jouw sterke punten.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en punctualiteit zijn vanzelfsprekend, zeker bij documenten, transportdossiers en douaneformaliteiten.
  • Een goede kennis van Excel is belangrijk voor rapportering, analyses en administratieve opvolging.
