Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale productieorganisatie waar dagelijks miljoenen blikjes frisdrank en vruchtensap worden verwerkt. Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker 2-Ploegen zorg jij ervoor dat alle logistieke administratie correct wordt verwerkt en dat inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden blijft het logistieke proces goed georganiseerd. Wat ga je doen? - Controleren van orders en verwerken van gegevens vanuit SAP naar exportdocumenten; - Opstellen en controleren van transport- en verzenddocumentatie; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs; - Verwerken van retourpallets in het boekingssysteem; - Uitvoeren van transport- en voorraadadministratie; - Signaleren en oplossen van administratieve afwijkingen; - Samenwerken met collega's van logistiek, transport en productie. Werktijden: Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst. Daarnaast werk je afwisselend op twee verschillende locaties, waarbij je wekelijks van locatie wisselt.
