Wij zijn op zoek naar 2 Administratief Logistiek Medewerkers om ons team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het registreren en controleren van de goederenstromen, het beheren van de documentatie, en het ondersteunen van onze logistieke processen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het garanderen van een efficiënte en klantvriendelijke service.

Je zult werken in een tweeploegendienst om een continu en efficiënt logistiek proces te waarborgen.

Wie zoeken we?

Functie-eisen:

Ervaring in een administratieve functie, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke omgeving; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Kennis van MS Office is een must; Nauwkeurigheid en een scherp oog voor detail zijn cruciaal voor het correct registreren en controleren van gegevens; Sterk met cijfers en in staat om gegevens te interpreteren en analyses te maken; Kennis van logistieke termen en processen is een plus; Kennis van Boltrics en Transpas is een plus; In staat om zelfstandig te werken; Een proactieve houding en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;

Functieomschrijving

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Verantwoordelijk voor het accuraat registreren van goederen in onze systemen en het controleren van de leveringen op juistheid en volledigheid; Correcte afhandeling van de douaneadministratie van zendingen; Correct verwerken van importdocumenten, exportdocumenten, T-documenten en CMR’s; Zorgdragen voor een correcte en up-to-date administratie van alle leveringsdocumentatie, inclusief ontvangstbewijzen en facturen; Samenwerken met het magazijnteam om een soepele en efficiënte goederenstroom te garanderen, inclusief het afstemmen van leveringen en het oplossen van eventuele logistieke knelpunten; Assisteren bij het opstellen van rapportages en analyses met betrekking tot de goederenstroom;
