Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker ben jij de verbindende schakel in een logistieke omgeving waar elke dag anders is. Je combineert administratieve taken met operationele ondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met chauffeurs, magazijnmedewerkers en leveranciers en houdt het hoofd koel als de planning plots verandert.

Op een gemiddelde dag start je met het opstellen en opvolgen van planningen voor leveranciers en personeel. Daarna volg je bestellingen op, houd je contact met verschillende partijen en ondersteun je de dagelijkse logistieke administratie. Soms spring je even bij in het magazijn als het druk is of als er een uitdaging opduikt. Je signaleert problemen snel en denkt actief mee over oplossingen. Afwisseling is troef: je beheert verschillende taken tegelijk en blijft het overzicht bewaren.

  • Je bent stressbestendig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende mensen.

  • Ervaring in logistiek of logistieke administratie is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe in het magazijn mee te werken.
