Werk jij nauwkeurig, houd je overzicht en vind je het prettig om administratie te combineren met een dynamische logistieke omgeving? Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat voorraadgegevens, procesorders en inkomende en uitgaande vrachten administratief kloppen. Je werkt nauw samen met collegas binnen logistiek en bent bij goederenontvangst ook een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en leveranciers. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en verdient e2.800 tot e3.300 bruto per maand. Ervaring binnen logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar ook met een sterke administratieve achtergrond kun je voor deze functie interessant zijn.

Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve kant van de goederenstroom goed verloopt.

Je verwerkt gegevens in de systemen, bewaakt de voorraadadministratie en zorgt dat inkomende en uitgaande vrachten correct worden geregistreerd. Tegelijkertijd heb je veel contact met collega's en externe partijen. Daardoor zit je niet de hele dag alleen achter een bureau, maar ben je echt onderdeel van de logistieke operatie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

ontvangen van bezoekers en leveranciers bij de goederenontvangst; verwerken en controleren van inkomende en uitgaande vrachten; beheren en actueel houden van de voorraadadministratie; administratief verwerken en afsluiten van procesorders; registreren en controleren van logistieke gegevens; werken met het ERP-systeem; opstellen van rapportages over voorraad en logistieke processen; signaleren van afwijkingen en zorgen dat deze worden opgevolgd; afstemmen met verschillende afdelingen over goederen, voorraad en planning; bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving; meedenken over verbeteringen binnen administratieve en logistieke processen. Je werkt op verschillende onderdelen binnen de logistieke administratie. Daardoor leer je de goederenstroom breed kennen en krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid binnen de functie.
