Hou jij van logistiek én zorg je dat de administratie altijd klopt? Dan past deze baan bij jou. Als logistiek administratief medewerker regel je internationale zendingen van begin tot eind. Je werkt met goederen en monsters voor klanten over de hele wereld. Daarbij krijg je te maken met weg-, zee- en luchttransport. Je zorgt dat producten veilig vertrekken en alle documenten kloppen.

Als logistiek administratief medewerker houd jij je bezig met: - Je verzamelt, labelt, verpakt en maakt goederen en monsters verzendklaar - Je controleert zendingen en voorraad en helpt bij het laden van transporten - Je stelt transportdocumenten op en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig in de administratie - Je helpt bij lossen, inboeken, bemonsteren en inruimen van binnenkomende goederen

Je werkt van 07:30 tot 16:00 uur en hebt een 39-urige werkweek. Heel soms werk je in Naarden. Dit gebeurt altijd in overleg.

Jouw nieuwe werkplek Als logistiek administratief medewerker werk je bij een internationale producent van geur- en smaakstoffen. Deze producten worden gebruikt door bekende merken over de hele wereld. Denk aan producten zoals frisdranken, zuivel, snacks en sauzen. Je werkt op de locatie in Barneveld. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking spelen hier een belangrijke rol. Je wordt ingewerkt door een ervaren collega en werkt samen met het team. Binnen het bedrijf zijn er mogelijkheden om trainingen te volgen. Zo kun jij jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen logistiek en transportregelgeving.
