Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat achter de schermen alles soepel verloopt. Je houdt de binnenkomende vrachten goed in de gaten, verwerkt de gegevens zorgvuldig en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie klopt. Zo weten jouw collega's precies waar ze aan toe zijn en blijft het logistieke proces lekker doorlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van binnenkomende vrachten en bijbehorende documenten; - Registreren van zendingen in het systeem; - Verwerken en controleren van administratieve gegevens; - Ondersteunen van collega's binnen de logistieke afdeling; - Signaleren van ontbrekende, onjuiste of afwijkende documenten; - Zorgen voor een correcte en complete administratieve afhandeling. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in de middag en avond: - 13:00 tot 20:00 uur; - 32,5 uur per week; - Een andere inrichting van de werktijden is bespreekbaar. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting; - Je kunt goed overweg met Excel en bent handig met computersystemen; - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels; Spreek je ook Duits? Dat is mooi meegenomen; - Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer er meerdere dingen tegelijk gebeuren. Wat bieden wij? - Een direct contract bij de werkgever met uitzicht op vast dienstverband; - Een afwisselende functie binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving; - Salarisindicatie tussen €2.700 en €3.400 bruto per maand (fulltime); - 27,5 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis; - Toegang tot een online leeromgeving voor ontwikkeling.
