Werken bij Jobarco Jobarco is actief in de levering en verwerking van kabels en aanverwante producten. Naast onze handelsactiviteiten voeren we verschillende logistieke en productieactiviteiten uit, waaronder het op maat snijden en verwerken van kabels en het produceren van assemblages. Onze logistieke afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 16 fte en verzorgt het complete logistieke proces: van binnenkomende goederen en voorraadbeheer tot orderverwerking, productieondersteuning en verzending. Binnen deze afdeling heeft de logistieke administratie een belangrijke centrale rol. Je werkt hier samen met één directe collega en hebt dagelijks contact met collega's binnen Logistiek, Verkoop, Inkoop en andere afdelingen. Je komt terecht in een leuk, informeel en gevarieerd team, waar de lijnen kort zijn en we elkaar gemakkelijk weten te vinden. Wat ga je doen? Als logistiek administratief medewerker regel je samen met je collega de administratie rondom orders, transport, voorraad en productie. - Orderverwerking: je controleert en verwerkt orders, bewaakt klantafspraken en stemt ontbrekende informatie of afwijkingen af met de betreffende afdeling. - Transport en verzending: je boekt en volgt zendingen, regelt transportdocumen...
