Voor onze opdrachtgever in Papendrecht zoeken we een Logsitiek Administratief Medewerker die graag organiseert, overzicht houdt en de handen uit de mouwen steekt. In deze afwisselende functie ondersteun je de afdeling met administratieve en logistieke werkzaamheden. Jij zorgt dat gegevens en documenten correct worden verwerkt, houdt registraties bij en bewaakt de voortgang. Daarnaast werk je 1 of 2 dagen in het magazijn waar je Fysiek meehelpt. Zo is geen dag hetzelfde. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken van pakbonnen en orders in de systemen; - Bijhouden van de voorraad; - Bestellen van goederen voor de projecten zorgen dat het op de juiste locatie komt; - Beantwoorden van vragen over levertijden; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen; - Ondersteunen bij logistieke werkzaamheden met behulp van een hefruck Je werkt fulltime (40 uur) van maandag t/m vrijdag van 07:00 tot 15:30 uur.
