Voor een snelgroeiend voedingsbedrijf met een internationale klantenportefeuille zoeken we een gedreven logistiek administratief medewerker. Dit innovatieve bedrijf levert kwalitatieve voedingsproducten aan zowel de retailsector als de groothandel en legt de focus op continue vernieuwing en topkwaliteit.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de volledige stock van de diepvriesafdeling en het coördineren van leveringen.
  • Plannen van ophalingen en transport in samenwerking met zowel lokale als internationale klanten.
  • Beheren van administratie en boekhouding met betrekking tot voorraden en retourzendingen.
  • Onderhouden van nauw contact met collega's op verschillende internationale locaties en het verzorgen van diverse administratieve documenten.
  • Goede computerkennis is een must, ervaring in administratief werk een pluspunt!
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels om de samenwerking met de internationale klanten te bevorderen.
  • Assertiviteit ligt in jouw natuur!
  • Je behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukte, stelt snel de juiste prioriteiten en springt flexibel bij wanneer nodig.
