Ze zijn verantwoordelijk voor de opslag en verzendingen van vliegtuigonderdelen. Als je bij dit bedrijf komt werken dan kom je te werken op de Shipping afdeling. Dit is een afdeling met een hechtteam van 8 collega's, verder zal je nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen in het magazijn. Functieomschrijving Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat internationale bestellingen correct en op tijd worden verzonden. Je functie bestaat voor ongeveer 50% uit administratie en 50% uit magazijnwerk. Zo verwerk je orders en verzenddocumenten én maak je pakketten verzendklaar. Je werkt in een hecht team en hebt contact met vervoerders, klanten en interne afdelingen. Je krijgt een goede inwerkperiode en wordt opgeleid in de systemen en werkwijzen. Je werkzaamheden: - Verwerken en controleren van orders; - Opstellen van transport- en douanedocumenten; - Inpakken en verzendklaar maken van pakketten en pallets; - Controleren en registreren van zendingen; - Contact onderhouden met vervoerders en klanten; - Ondersteunen bij magazijnwerkzaamheden; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het logistieke proces. Functie-eisen Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt van een foutloze administratie. Je kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en vindt de afwisseling tussen kantoor en magazijn prettig. Daarnaast: - Beheers je Nederlands en Engels goed; - Kun je werken met MS Office; - Ben je betrouwbaar, zelfstandig en een teamspeler; - Denk je graag mee over verbeteringen en wil je jezelf ontwikkelen; - Is een VGB (Verklaring Geen Bezwaar) vereist.
