Wat je gaat doen Als medewerker retouren en service zorg je ervoor dat retourproducten correct worden beoordeeld, verwerkt en geregistreerd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van binnengekomen retourzendingen op schade, compleetheid en werking. - Klaarmaken van retourproducten voor herverkoop, reparatie of verdere verwerking. - Verwerken en registreren van retouren en serviceaanvragen in systemen zoals AFAS en een WMS. - Zorgvuldig controleren en compleet maken van goederen. - Beantwoorden van vragen van collega's uit verschillende afdelingen. - Uitvoeren van kleine technische herstelwerkzaamheden of dit vak leren in de praktijk. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het retourproces.

Wat we je bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.600 en € 3.000, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Uitzicht op een vast contract. - Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week. - Werken binnen een groeiende organisatie met korte communicatielijnen. - Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je werk. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen logistiek, service of warehouse management. - Afwisselende functie met een combinatie van logistieke en administratieve werkzaamheden. - Informele werksfeer binnen een betrokken team. - Goede begeleiding en ruimte om nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen. - Werkplek in Apeldoorn met fijne collega's en veel onderling contact.

Functie-eisen Jij houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om verschillende werkzaamheden te combineren. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau. - Affiniteit met logistiek, administratie en computersystemen. - Ervaring met AFAS, WMS of vergelijkbare systemen is een pluspunt. - Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkhouding. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend
