Voor een bedrijf in de regio van Asse zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een logistiek bediende voor hun team te versterken.

Functieomschrijving

Als Logistiek Bediende zorg je voor de administratieve opvolging van logistieke dossiers en heb je contact met de interne afdelingen. Je werkt in een Nederlandstalige omgeving, maar gebruikt dagelijks ook Frans en Engels in contacten met onze klanten en partners.

Je behandelt dossiers nauwkeurig, volgt processen strikt op en beheert de shared mailbox. Je houdt rekening met de belangen van verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier correct en tijdig wordt afgehandeld. Wanneer er prioriteiten verschuiven of onverwachte issues opduiken, toon je flexibiliteit en neem je initiatief om tot een oplossing te komen.

In deze rol leer je veel bij, dus vragen stellen en actief informatie opzoeken zijn essentieel. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte houding, communicatieve vaardigheden en administratieve precisie draag je bij aan een vlotte logistieke werking binnen het bedrijf.
