Verleg je grenzen als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en plannen van onze goederenstroom via containers naar klanten. Jij bent samen met de afdeling verantwoordelijk voor het centrale planningsproces en schakelt met inkoop, sales en het magazijn om transportaanvragen af te stemmen. Met jouw talent voor het creëren van de meest efficiënte planningen, zorg je ervoor dat containers tegen de beste tarieven worden geboekt. Wanneer het proces weer soepel is verlopen, ben jij tevreden. Een werkdag voor jou is o.a. gevuld met: - Inboeken van de containers - Schakelen met diverse afdelingen en rederijen om zorg te dragen voor de orders. Voor elke order vind jij een passende afvaart voor een goede prijs - Diverse administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals het opmaken van de BL en het controleren van facturen - Bewaken van de planning en alle afdelingen hierover tijdige statusupdates geven Wij vragen Dit ben jij Jij begrijpt hoe belangrijk het logistieke proces is en weet goed verbanden te leggen. Verder weet jij van aanpakken en heb je een proactieve houding. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, zorg je voor een correcte administratie. Je bent zowel klant- als resultaatgericht en met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden, weet jij alles in juiste banen te leiden.
