Je hebt veel contact met klanten en collega's en zorgt dat plantmateriaal op tijd aankomt. Je werkt twee dagen per week, met de mogelijkheid om drie dagen te werken en na je inwerkperiode deels vanuit huis aan de slag te gaan. Past dit bij jou? Solliciteer dan direct! Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker zorg je dat plantmateriaal op tijd op de juiste bestemming aankomt. Je verwerkt orders in SAP, maakt verzenddocumenten klaar en stemt het transport af met klanten, transporteurs en collega's. Je bewaakt de planning, zoekt bij vertraging naar een oplossing en houdt de administratie op orde. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitgaande transporten organiseren en de voortgang en levertijden bewaken - Orders, paklijsten en verzendgegevens verwerken en actueel houden in SAP - Transport- en verzenddocumenten opstellen en controleren - Leveringen afstemmen met klanten, transporteurs, logistieke partners en interne afdelingen - Logistieke knelpunten oplossen en verbeteringen voorstellen voor routes, processen en kosten Je werkt van januari tot en met eind mei twee dagen per week, met de mogelijkheid om in overleg drie dagen te werken. De werkdagen verdeel je in overleg over de week. Tijdens de inwerkperiode werk je volledig op locatie. Daarna kun je gedeeltelijk vanuit huis werken en ben je minimaal één dag per week op locatie. Het bedrijf waar je werkt is een groot, internationaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in tuinbouw en veredeling. Dit is het onderzoeken en verbeteren van planten...
