Ben jij nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en hou je van structuur in een logistieke omgeving?

Voor een groeiende, West-Vlaamse speler in de vrachtwagensector zoeken we een logistiek administratief medewerker die zorgt voor een vlotte goederenontvangst. Deze onderneming telt bijna 300 medewerkers, met hoofdzetel in de regio Roeselare en meerdere vestigingen verspreid over Vlaanderen. Daarnaast beschikken ze over een gespecialiseerde revisiedienst én eigen verhuurvloot.

Met bijna 70 jaar ervaring is dit een werkgever die staat voor internationale ambitie, technische expertise en lokale verankering.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs aan de receptie.
  • Je ontvangt de leveringen en zorgt dat de vrachtwagens en bestelwagens efficiënt gelost worden.
  • Alle transportdocumenten worden gecontroleerd.
  • Bij defecten/problemen na de kwaliteitscontrole meld je dit aan de juiste dienst.
  • Leveringsbonnen opmaken via het juiste systeem.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in het magazijn. Idealiter heb je ook een heftruckattest op zak.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, werkt gestructureerd en kan goed omgaan met stress.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels, belangrijk voor correcte communicatie met chauffeurs.
