logistiek administratief medewerker Breda Dit ga je doen Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker in Breda ben jij de regisseur achter de schermen die zorgt dat alles in het magazijn soepel verloopt. Je combineert administratieve taken met het coördineren van logistieke processen en ondersteunt zo de magazijnchef. Denk aan het verwerken en controleren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen, het verzorgen van exportdocumentatie, en het aanmelden van transporten. Je houdt de administratie in het ERP-systeem up-to-date en signaleert actief kansen om processen slimmer te maken, bijvoorbeeld via digitalisering en automatisering. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met transporteurs, bewaak je levertijden, stel je rapportages op, en ondersteun je bij voorraadbeheer en periodieke inventarisaties. Ook coördineer je facilitaire zaken zoals leverancierscontact en gebouwbeheer. De nadruk ligt dus op administratie, procesverbetering en logistieke coördinatie - je hoeft dus niet zelf in het magazijn te sjouwen!
