Ben jij administratief sterk en voel jij je thuis in een logistieke omgeving? Voor een internationale organisatie in Dordrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistiek Administratief Medewerker. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat transportdocumentatie correct wordt verwerkt en dat zendingen administratief vlekkeloos verlopen. Je werkt in een moderne logistieke omgeving waar kwaliteit, techniek en efficiëntie centraal staan. Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker ondersteun je het logistieke proces door het verwerken van transportdocumenten en het onderhouden van contact met vervoerders en interne afdelingen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze verlopen zendingen correct en volgens planning.

Werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Opstellen en controleren van vrachtbrieven (CMR)

- Invoeren en verwerken van gegevens in klanten- en vervoerdersportalen

- Aanvragen van tarieven en het regelen van transporten bij vervoerder(s)

- Archiveren van vrachtbrieven en overige transportdocumentatie

- Opvragen en verwerken van POD’s en Track & Trace-informatie

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 3.100,- per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring

- Reiskostenvergoeding volgens regeling van de opdrachtgever

- Pensioenopbouw via Manpower

- Uitzendcontract via Manpower

- Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week

- Werken binnen een internationale organisatie

- Moderne en professionele werkomgeving

- Afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid binnen het logistieke proces

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een logistieke of administratieve richting

- Ervaring in een logistieke of administratieve functie is een pre

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels (woord en geschrift)

- Beschikbaarheid van 40 uur per week
