Als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker (Engels-Spaans) speel je een belangrijke rol in de logistieke opvolging van onze klanten binnen de Latijns-Amerikaanse markt. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt.

Je staat in voor het beheer en de opvolging van klantorders, coördineert logistieke processen met internationale partners en zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige documenten, zoals transportdocumenten, Letters of Credit en facturen, correct worden verwerkt.

Loopt er onderweg iets niet zoals gepland? Dan ga jij proactief op zoek naar een oplossing, zodat goederen tijdig hun bestemming bereiken en onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar je nauw samenwerkt met collega's en partners van over de hele wereld en waar jouw administratieve en organisatorische talenten echt het verschil maken.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie:

  • Heb je ervaring binnen de logistieke of maritieme sector, bijvoorbeeld als expediteur of logistiek administratief medewerker.
  • Heb je een goede kennis van Incoterms, Letters of Credit en transportdocumenten.
  • Beheers je Engels en Spaans vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van Nederlands, Frans of een andere taal is een mooie troef.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hou je ervan om overzicht te bewaren, ook wanneer er verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Ben je klantgericht en haal je voldoening uit het bieden van een uitstekende service.
  • Denk je proactief, neem je initiatief en ga je oplossingsgericht te werk wanneer er zich onverwachte situaties voordoen.
  • Werk je graag samen in een internationaal team en draag je bij aan een positieve samenwerking.
  • Woon je in de regio van Antwerpen of ben je bereid om vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Antwerpen te werken.
