Graansloot Kampen Logistiek administratief medewerker (24-40 uur) Chauffeurs aan de balie, een schipper aan de lijn en een vrachtwagen op de weegbrug: jij houdt het overzicht. Bij Graansloot combineer je administratie met veel persoonlijk contact. Je weegt vrachtwagens in en uit, verwerkt orders en zorgt dat de administratie van onze goederenstroom klopt. Wat ga je doen? - Vrachtwagens in- en uitwegen en de gewichten correct registreren. - Orders verwerken en uitslagen klaarzetten voor goederen die onze opslag verlaten. - Chauffeurs en schippers te woord staan en afstemmen over inkomende en uitgaande goederen. - Planningen bijhouden. - Voorraden en opslaglocaties administratief bijhouden en controleren. - Je schakelt tussen administratie, de weegbrug en vragen van chauffeurs, schippers en collega's. Wat krijg je van ons? - Een brutosalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.650 per maand op basis van 40 uur per week en bij 21 jaar en ouder. - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao beroepsgoederenvervoer en pensioen opbouw bij Molenaarspensioenfonds. - Een afwisselende functie midden in de wereld van scheepvaart en transport. - Een laagdrempelig team. - Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wat breng je mee? - Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt de administratie graag op orde. - Je maakt makkelijk contact en communiceert duidelijk met chauffeurs, schippers en collega's. - Je kunt goed schakelen en houdt overzicht als er veel tegelijk gebeurt. - Ervaring in administratie of logistiek is mooi meegenomen.
