Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van administratief werk binnen een magazijnomgeving? Zoek je een job met taken zoals stockbeheer en planning? Heb je al aantoonbare ervaring binnen de logistieke sector? Dan is deze functie als logistiek administratief medewerker binnen een magazijn aan de haven van Zeebrugge misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt bestelbonnen op, controleert leveringen en volgt bestellingen administratief op.
  • Je maakt stocklijsten op en bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers rond prijzen, beschikbaarheden en wijzigingen.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens in het voorraadbeheersysteem (Navision/SAP).
  • Je laadt en lost vrachtwagens met een heftruck (attest is een pluspunt).
  • Je plaatst goederen op de juiste locatie met behulp van locatienummers.
  • Je vervoert occasioneel onderdelen naar de kade.
  • Afwisseling tussen de vroege shift (06u00 - 14u00) en daguren (08u00 - 16u30)

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een internationale logistieke speler aan de haven van Zeebrugge. Jij wordt een essentiële schakel binnen het team van onderhoudstechniekers die ervoor zorgt dat het rollend materiaal in topconditie blijft. Je krijgt de kans om verschillende onderdelen, processen en systemen te leren kennen.

  • Je krijgt energie uit administratieve taken en beschikt over goede computervaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met Office 365 en SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede gezondheid en vindt het niet erg om ook soms de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Ervaring met de heftruck is een pluspunt.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, je bent leergierig en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.
